This historic barn, built in 1870's in New Kingston, PA, has seen many chapters. Moved to Shippensburg, PA, in 1946 after a fire, it faced demolition in 2019. With the love and support of family and friends, we undertook the incredible task of relocating the barn and several outbuildings. Our dream was to create a unique and cherished wedding venue for our daughter and son-in-law – a dream that has blossomed into Rustic Reflections Venue. We are passionate about helping couples bring their wedding visions to life, while also offering a welcoming space for gatherings of all sizes. Our goal is to provide a memorable and affordable experience for every occasion.

Historic Waverly Mansion is located in Marriottsville, Maryland. This 1760's era estate is a the perfect setting of an intimate garden wedding and reception! The Mansion and property is owned and operated by Howard County Government's Recreation and Parks Department and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Historic Waverly Mansion is considered an outdoor venue. The property includes beautifully maintained gardens, the historic Mansion, and rustic barn. During our peak rental season, a 60x40ft event tent is included in wedding rentals. Historic Waverly provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator. Historic Waverly Mansion is a Howard County Park. Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply to all scheduled events and are different from privately owned venues. Built in 1918, the Carlisle Ribbon Mill was a functioning ribbon mill until 1987. The building sat mostly empty until the MCcarren family bought the property in 2003.
