“I came across the Crystal Ballroom via Facebook, it looked absolutely stunning. I filled out an online form and had a virtual interview the same week. These folks talk the talk and walk the walk. Booking with them took a lot of stress out of wedding planning. They offered full design service and staffing for your event. You show up, have your event, and leave. I was responsible for booking the Dj, Catering, Photography and cake. I had several meetings with the venue and team members to make sure things went smoothly, and that the day reflected everything that I envisioned. The communication from the day I booked until the end of the ceremony was superb with endless phone calls and emails. No questions were left unanswered.
