I really can’t say enough about Jeff, Amy, Ashley, and the rest of team at Gateway Center. They did their absolute best to make our wedding spectacular. Did we have hiccups during the process? Sure. But nothing that would make me hesitate recommending them. They customize pretty much everything so that you have things exactly as you want them and take care of everything on your day so that you don’t have to worry about a thing. And they’re so flexible. I had some family who were throwing them curve balls at the last minute and they took everything in stride. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that.

We hosted a Hindu wedding ceremony and reception at the Magnolia. I wish it were possible to give more than 5 stars because our experience was incredible. Emily, the event manager, was kind, communicative, extremely accommodating (as Indian weddings can be a lot), and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her and team for our wedding. The presidential suite was stellar for getting ready photos, and the ballroom and rooftop provided perfect backdrops for photos. The staff worked with our vendors seamlessly. Couldn't recommend more!

We recently had our wedding and reception at Live! by Loews in October, and it was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, every detail was perfectly handled, and the experience exceeded all of our expectations. Our ceremony and cocktail hour took place on the Bullock Terrace, and the setting was nothing short of breathtaking. The stunning cityscape and Ballpark Village provided the exact vibe we envisioned. The terrace was beautifully prepared, creating an atmosphere our guest couldn't stop raving about. The Cardinal Ballroom for our reception was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our 200 guests, with plenty of room for dancing and celebrating. The bar service was impeccable, and the food was a highlight of the night - everyone commented on how delicious everything was. A huge shoutout to Sydney, the venue coordinator, who was truly the icing on the cake. From our very first meeting to the wedding day itself, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. If everyone planning their wedding had a Sydney, no one would ever have to worry about a thing! her expertise, kindness, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Beyond Sydney, every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and eager to help. Their professionalism and genuine care made both us and our guests feel welcomed and valued throughout the event. If I could do it all over again, there isn't a single thing I would change. A special wedding gazebo in the courtyard will allow brides to have the outdoor wedding they always wanted with the security of knowing that the event can easily be moved inside if the weather does not comply. The Bridal Suite is over 700 square feet and includes a private bathroom, salon quality makeup and hair counter that can seat five and a lounge area with couches, wet bar and video monitoring of the main hall so that the bride can see guests arrive. The fact that people don’t know about this place blows me away. There is nowhere else to go where the owners will bring your nephew cool cars. Allow your guests to leave their vehicles on the parking lot for safety if need be, the communication, the ideas. If you are about to make an interesting wedding decision Philip will absolutely help guide you in the right direction. I know there are weddings there every weekend but the owners absolutely make you feel like your event is the only one that matters. The venue space was intimate yet spacious enough for our 50 guests, with charming vintage details that aligned perfectly with our vision. For the quality and uniqueness of the venue, the pricing was very reasonable. We couldn't have asked for a better space or a more dedicated owner to host our special day. We had our wedding reception at River City and it surpassed our every expectation. People still come up to us and tell us we had the best wedding they have ever attended. Megan and Christina were both amazing. So organized, helpful, kind and enthusastic. They always went the extra mile when we had a request or question to help us find answers and make it happen. We having nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience with them. We even got to do our food tasting twice because there was a new chef and they wanted to make sure he cooked everything the same as we had agreed upon before. We literally had minimal things to stress about they took care of everything. The reception was decorated exactly how we wanted and absolutely stunning. The whole staff at River City did an amazing job taking care of us and all of our guests and everything ran smoothly. We had the most perfect day and my husband and I recommend River City to every engaged couple we know and talk to! You will not be disappointed!

The Hilton delivers it all! We loved that their wedding package includes catering, bar, tables, chairs, linens/etc., which really reduced some of the wedding planning stress. (They do allow couples to rent their own if they have a different vision.) Also, their event coordinators are very experienced and gave great recommendations in planning and in managing the day of the event. We truly enjoyed our day because the team at the Hilton Frontenac was handling everything so wonderfully! Our guests loved that they could stay in the same place as the wedding reception, and everyone reported having a great stay with the hotel. As bride and groom, we loved being able to go right upstairs to change shoes, etc. We even had leftover wedding cake brought up to our room which was a real treat! In addition to the wedding reception, we hosted our rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch at the Hilton. True to form, they did an amazing job, and the convenience factor really added to an enjoyable experience! The Hilton Frontenac can do it all! They have practically everything you need for your wedding planning and their team executes it expertly. Some people say that their wedding day flies by because there is so much going on. Because of the amazing staff and experience provided by the Frontenac Hilton, we truly enjoyed every minute of our day! We recommend them wholeheartedly!!!

My husband and I could not have asked for a better experience in planning our wedding reception. I don't even know where to begin. Nancy made the booking process absolutely seamless. Molly, our coordinator, was kind, attentive, and professional. We barely had lift a finger! Our decorations were gorgeous, and we used all of the LiUNA's items. Aside from our seating chart, guest book, and a neon sign, we didn't have to bring in or set up a single thing. Molly made us feel like the only couple she was working with. The monthly free tastings allowed us to try many different possible menu items (and, hello, who doesn't love multiple free dinners?!). The food was delicious. Our DJ, who was included in our package, did an excellent job. My husband and I really just wanted to throw a big party for our favorite people, and that was exactly what we got! However, you can really customize your reception with the LiUNA. Had we wanted to bring in our own centerpieces, decorations, etc., we totally could have. Finally, we felt like the price per head that we paid was extremely reasonable. I wish we could relive our reception over and over again. Thank you, LiUna staff!

When we were looking for a reception hall for our 10/10/20 wedding way back in 04/19 we chose Orlando’s. For the price it’s a great value. Then we did the food tasting and we felt great about our choice. The food was wonderful! Next came Covid...throughout the process Mike and Laurie made sure to listen to our concerns and they had a great sense of humor along the way. Our reception was the least stressful part of the whole day and if I could give them 6 stars I would!

I highly recommend Marriott STL West as a venue for your wedding / wedding reception. We had both our ceremony and reception there on NYE. The ballroom is clean and beautiful. The food included with the package was amazing! Way better quality than traditional “hotel food”. Multiple guests thought we had it catered! The staff is wonderful!!! Maggie is so easy to work with and helpful. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but the staff really made this experience painless!

I can't say enough great things about The Piazza Messina—it was absolutely perfect. From start to finish, everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We never felt overwhelmed or stressed, which is a huge win, especially while in the middle of our last year of college. The staff were incredible—quick, efficient, and super friendly. They took care of everything so seamlessly that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Jeff met my parents when they visited the venue for a meeting and they mentioned how friendly and easy he was to talk to. They knew what we needed before we even asked. Since the venue is owned by Russo’s Catering, the food was fantastic. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. The bar service was equally impressive; drinks were served smoothly and they even included our signature drinks. The ceremony was stunning because the venue itself was gorgeous, and we even had the delightful surprise of deer peeking through in the background. It added a magical touch that our guests are still talking about. Even though we weren’t there to see it, we heard the cleanup was done in record time. The staff’s efficiency was clear, and it was great knowing they handled everything so well. I even got to talk to Justin who was overseeing our event and was ensuring every detail was how we wanted it. Overall, The Piazza Messina made our wedding day truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for a venue with fantastic service, amazing food, and a beautiful setting, this is the place. We’re so grateful for everything they did and couldn’t recommend them more!
