While this time was rather difficult attempting to maneuver life with “dietary restrictions,” it was also a pivotal moment where I decided to continue making all the things I love (yes I have a sweet tooth). I embarked on an 8 year journey trying all the flours and substitutes in all my cherished recipes. I have found what works without compromising taste and texture. Fast forward three kids later who also deal with dairy, nut and gluten intolerances and I think I have found what works.

Hello! My name is Rachel McMillion. I have been in pastry and culinary for 3 years. I started Sumosa's Cakery in 2018. I had a vision for custom desserts with a wide selection of choices. I set out goals to help meet all types of customers dietary needs and wants. I have a wide selection of flavors along with wedding cake packages. I also make dessert tables and mini bite size desserts as well.
