Nothing felt forced, as her candid style of photography is exactly what I pictured for my day. She captured every part of the day, from the big events down to the tiniest details. My husband, who is very camera shy and often takes awkward pictures because of it (lol) got GREAT pictures and actually comments often about how much he loves the pictures (which NEVER happens). “I cannot express how thankful I am to have booked Kara for my wedding day! Kara not only produces absolutely stunning photos but she also helped us plan out the whole day by creating a timeline and made me feel so stress-free throughout the whole process. We decided not to get a wedding coordinator and I do not regret that decision because Kara was so helpful with coordinating and making recommendations. On the day of the wedding, Kara stuck to the schedule ensured that we did not get behind. I was worried that photos would take a long time in the June heat and that it would be a stressful part of the day for me, but with Kara it was fast and painless! I have since been in another wedding where the photographer was not organized and did not take charge to direct people in photos and it was a complete mess. As a result, the wedding party was over an hour late to the reception...I cannot recommend Kara enough! Her husband, Daniel, is a second photographer for the day and took photos of the groomsmen while Kara was with the bridesmaids before the first look. Kara and Daniel were both so great to work with. Choosing a photographer is such an important part of your wedding day and I promise that you will regret working with Kara!”
