Cunningham Farm is primarily used as a venue for estate, barn and outdoor weddings.The property boasts more than 90 acres of land inclusive of three event barns, a farmhouse, a pond, a river, a meandering brook, rock walls, and an iconic tree farm - complete with a white farm fence - there couldn’t be a more beautiful property to serve as a backdrop for your magical day.

The Barn on Walnut Hill is one of Maine's most sought after venues, located just 25 minutes from Portland in the lovely town of North Yarmouth. For more than a decade, the property has been setting the bar for timeless, elevated, and modern events in an elevated New England setting in the spring, summer, and fall. Walnut Hill's serene and private grounds include a forest ceremony grove, meticulously restored and climate controlled barn, ample space for tenting, and farmhouse for up to 12 overnight guests. Weddings at Walnut Hill include exclusive use of the entire property from Thursday-Sunday. The Watson homestead was established in Hiram, Maine in 1785 and is the oldest house in Oxford County. Located on 28 acres of rolling fields, soaring pine forests, stone walls and 1250 ft of Saco River frontage the house has been lovingly restored with an eye to historical integrity .
