My name is Allison Hooper and I am the owner and lead designer of Scarlet Blooms. My background is in printmaking, event styling and I have been designing with flowers for over 15 years. Here at Scarlet Blooms we create unique, modern, and garden-style designs. We love incorporating a wide variety of flowers, utilizing multiple color and texture combinations.
