“I absolutely cannot say enough amazing things about Granite Rose by Wedgewood Weddings! The team and all of the staff at Granite Rose are beyond expectations and go above and beyond to help in anyway they can from start to finish! From our first tour with Megan, to our planning meetings with Carly, Megan and Victoria, to the tastings with Julia and everyone else, it was flawless. We couldn’t have envisioned a better wedding night. Megan was there the minute we arrive ready to help and support us in anyway she could. The venue was absolutely beautiful and we are still getting praise from family and friends about our wedding. The food was so delicious and the buffet impressed every single one of our guests! Everyone had something that they liked and went back for more!! We also loved the cocktail hour and appetizers! The bartenders were also excellent at making delicious drinks and creating our signature cocktail! We created four signature cocktails for our wedding and they brought them to life and they were outstanding! Janet our banquet captain was so friendly, helpful and ensured that our night went so smoothly right up until the end!! Our night was a dream from start to finish and we could not have done it without the amazing team at Granite Rose! Flanagan Farm hosts exquisite events year round. With two magnificent barns set on 66 acres, the property is versatile and accommodating—designed to take advantage of Maine’s four seasons. Flanagan Farm offers an unforgettable backdrop to host your event, whether it is an intimate gathering, an all out bash, or the wonderful options in between. Weddings at Flanagan Farm include use of the entire property, including overnight accommodations in the farmhouse for 10-12 guests from Thursday through Sunday. You are welcome to host your ceremony and reception on site, as well as rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, and even a farewell brunch if you'd like. Additionally, Flanagan Farm is among the closest wedding venues to Portland, at just 25 minutes drive, so many couples love that they can combine the best of Portland (including hotels or rental homes for guests) with the natural beauty of an elevated outdoor setting for their wedding weekend.

While keeping its past integrity, we renovated it into a modern venue fit for luxury events. The Barn sits on 25 acres and can accommodate up to 225-250 guests. We have a separate ceremony patio, a lawn ceremony option as well as a cocktail hour veranda. Ceremonies can take place on the patio, the grounds or under the trees or almost anywhere couples would like to on the property. We are an a la cart venue, which means we are a blank slate for you to create the wedding of your dreams. we offer ceremony benches a wooden arbor and a good amount of decor and lighting. There are TWO 5 bedroom houses on the property for rent. These houses are perfect for your wedding parties to stay at, and get ready at.
