The Lardner Balcony has the best views in town for more intimate events! It can hold up to 80 and overlooks the Davenport riverfront. We also have our Giant Screen Theater. The former home of cook-your-own-steaks, Old Oaks Steak House, south of Milan, has been transformed into Old Oaks Winery. The rear of the property contains several acres of now-mature vineyards, which are producing the grapes for Old Oaks wine. Our vision has always been to bring a Napa feel back to the Midwest. Old Oaks Winery has a tasting room and event space for more than 200.
