The A&H’s Maitland Art Center, originally known as the Research Studio, was founded in 1937 by visionary artist and architect J. André Smith. The center was originally a winter artist’s colony, dedicated to fostering an exploratory approach to modern art. The hundreds of original sculptural elements that adorn the structures were hand-carved by André Smith and his associates, and the center remains one of the few surviving examples of Mayan Revival architecture in the southeastern United States.

Our beautiful 2 story lakeside lodge was built in 1925. The Italian inspired architecture and stunning views have made it a popular vacation spot for the elite and famous in the past. Now an exclusive hire venue, it has been tastefully renovated to complement the original cypress ceilings, grand staircases, and period chandeliers throughout. With an indoor capacity of 150 guests in the ballroom, or outdoor capacity of 200 guests either in the courtyard or on the lawn overlooking Lake Pierce , Bella Cosa is the perfect space to cater to all your requirements. Venue 650 is a historic wedding venue located in Winter Haven, Florida that was originally home to The Florida Chief newspaper, dating back to 1911.
