Waves Event Venue is your one stop shop, boasting an exquisite 5,100 sf space with an intimate setting for your special occasion. We are a newer venue that offers beautiful contemporary surroundings in the prime area of Lake Mary, Florida. Waves is an “OPEN VENDOR VENUE.” Which in essence means if Grandma wants to do the cooking for your event, Grandma can do the cooking! We do not bind you to use any of our vendors, but if you need some guidance, check out our preferred vendors list!

$2000 12 hour rental for friday and sunday, $2500 for saturdays. Cleaning fees included.

    Perfect venue for small gatherings

    I had my birthday there and they are so easy to work with. The give you the venue from the morning up until midnight. They are very attentive and understanding. Chill place!
