Located on the shores of the Puget Sound, Waterfront Venue is situated within a former lumber mill that was recently converted from a boat house to an event space. Offering panoramic views of the Sound, the nearby Narrows Bridge, and the Olympic Mountains, Waterfront Venue boasts a stunning backdrop for any type of event. An outdoor patio allows you and your guests to take in this scenery as you exchange your vows or while enjoying a fresh pint of beer from Narrows Brewery Co. ​ The indoor venue space features 20,000 square feet of event space, topped by a vaulted ceiling and flanked by white shiplap walls. At maximum capacity, this space can accommodate up to 500 guests. Waterfront Venue hosts events starting the first week of June and ending on the last day of September.

The Pavilion at Fair Harbor, set against a scenic waterfront backdrop, provides an idyllic location for hosting weddings, receptions, and private get-togethers with loved ones. With the capacity to welcome up to 175 guests, the outdoor space is arranged with tables and chairs on the lush green, offering views of the marina. Showcasing a magnificent stone fireplace, a rich-colored floor, shingled walls with eyebrow dormers, and breathtaking chandeliers reminiscent of Nantucket style, The Pavilion exudes an airy yet intimate ambiance. --* PLEASE NOTE: We only host weddings between Memorial Day and Labor Day each year. *-- This venue is on a farm that has been in our family for five generations. We are a new venue, but we love this special place so much and wanted to share its beauty with others. The ceremony space is beneath the canopy of an old-growth spruce tree beside a creek. We were married in this spot and it was truly magical! There is an open-air field just beyond the tree that is available as a reception space. We offer a bridal dressing room within a 10'x10' decorated "glamping" tent. We also have the add-on option of a 15'x20' event tent available (please see pictures in the gallery). If you're interested, we also have goats, pigs, chickens, and old farm implements available for photo opportunities. We also now provide string lights and electricity (suitable for a food truck) in the reception field!
