In 2017, the Alliance transformed the barn into a great gathering place. Water Slides – Our two giant water slides are great for both kids and adults to enjoy. Splash Park – For those who have little ones who prefer not to get in the pool, we have a wonderful splash park that will allow everyone to play with water and join in on the fun. Sports and Recreation Areas – If you want to host a sports event, we have you covered. Country Rustic Style Pavilion – A country rustic pavilion has been placed in the back pool area of our location and is a great place to host many different events, including weddings, parties, photography sessions or company picnics. Pergola – A great place to have a beautiful wedding, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, or just a quiet sitting place to have a nice glass of wine or tea at your event.

This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Tents and rentals and catering are by our selected vendors and we can assist with all of your wedding needs from music to flowers to makeup artists and hairstylists.
