Constructed in 1932, this vintage barn oversees 12+ acres of native grasslands – a rich habitat for wildflowers, birds and butterflies – and a historic farmhouse built in the 1750s by a second-generation Quaker farmer. The property is also home to Pinelands Preservation Alliance, whose mission is to protect the natural resources, history and culture of this unique region. In 2017, the Alliance transformed the barn into a great gathering place. The recently completed renovation brings contemporary comfort and energy efficiency to a setting that still retains its authentic character. This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings. Tents and rentals and catering are by our selected vendors and we can assist with all of your wedding needs from music to flowers to makeup artists and hairstylists.

Swimming Pools – Six of them! Two huge, large swimming pools and 5 other pools in different sizes that can accommodate both young and older guests at your event. Water Slides – Our two giant water slides are great for both kids and adults to enjoy. Sports and Recreation Areas – If you want to host a sports event, we have you covered. Country Rustic Style Pavilion – A country rustic pavilion has been placed in the back pool area of our location and is a great place to host many different events, including weddings, parties, photography sessions or company picnics. Pergola – A great place to have a beautiful wedding, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, or just a quiet sitting place to have a nice glass of wine or tea at your event.
