I want you to have a wedding day where you know that you being yourselves — whatever that looks like — is the most beautiful thing in the world from behind my lens. You don’t have to rush, stress, or orchestrate your family (lemme take care of that part). You can laugh and eat really yummy food. And get happy and sweaty on the dance floor with the people you care about. And whether it’s one month from now or 50 years from your wedding, I want you to look back at your photos and feel those happy, sweaty feelings all over again.

Photography is an art unto itself and a sophisticated photographer is, in essence, a “painter of light”. A strong sense of timing and intuition enables me to capture your precious moments as they unfold and my work as an artist tells a visual story. The images I create become a part of the beginning “first chapters” of your new life together. Throughout your big day, I will photograph those cherished moments, as well as the fun and memorable ones, in a way to relive this blissful experience as you look back over the years to come.

Something Borrowed Blooms

4.9

  • Florist
  • Starts at $250
  • Serves Bridgewater, NY

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. We offer brides the expensive peonies, delicate ranunculus, out-of-season anemones, and the ever-impossible-to-find-magnolia — all at a fraction of the cost.

Awarded Best of Zola
Something Borrowed Blooms provided the florals for our wedding and their service was expert, clear, and concise, though lacked any personal touch. The quality of their work was great - the florals looked beautiful, especially from a distance, and they were competitively priced. However, their shipping turnaround time was awful, with the flowers due back just 2 days after the wedding. This is more of a business than a vendor, so don't expect a lot of personalized care. While I ordered more florals than I ended up needing, it was worth it to have the full, lush look I was going for on our special day.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

4.9

  • Florist
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Bridgewater, NY

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
We ordered the dusty rose small package for my daughter's wedding. The flowers were beautiful. There were plenty of flowers for everything we needed. Alexa was awesome! She reached out right away to offer support and kept in touch all weekend. We would definitely order from Flower Moxie again.

The Uptown Groove was the highlight of our wedding reception! From the moment we first spoke with them, the band was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to all of our questions. On the day of the wedding, their energy and enthusiasm were infectious - they kept our guests dancing all night long with their fun, high-energy performance. The lead singer has an absolutely beautiful voice, and the musicians are all incredibly talented. The horn players were especially a hit, dancing and playing all around the venue, even getting up on the stairs at one point! Everyone loved The Uptown Groove and could not stop raving about them. We're so glad we chose them to be a part of our special day.

DJ Lennox: DJ And Photo Booth Services

4.9

  • DJ
  • Starts at $1,300
  • Serves Bridgewater, NY

I have been Doing since 1997, with doing weddings almost exclusively since 2007. Weddings are always a great time. We go over everything with the couple and make sure their day is exactly what they are looking for.

Awarded Best of Zola
Ryan went above and beyond as our DJ. He helped organize the craziness of dinner before killing it on the table. The majority of our guests (we had a lot) either didn’t leave the dance floor or kept coming back! As the bride I only left to cool off then right back out to the best dancing songs he was playing. He narrated our guys vs girls flip cup game and even judged (girls won by default). All around an amazing job and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a fun DJ who isn’t afraid to lend a hand and help get the job done, even if it’s a bit out of his job description. Thank you!
