Pass through the arbor where we will pick up the bride in her choice of three wedding carriages and transport her to the wedding site. After the ceremony, bride and groom are seated in the carriage where guests greet them on their way to the reception area. Our outdoor ceremony site overlooks a horse pasture under the trees where your guests are seated comfortably. Rain? No problem! Our reception tent has a carpeted area for indoor ceremony in case of inclement weather. After the ceremony, we will take you by carriage to the beautifully lit reception site. Our carpeted tent includes a dance floor, bar, housing for kegs, and seating for guests including round tables, white folding chairs, and a “sweetheart table."

Bell Gate Farm is the perfect backdrop for any kind of event. I have one rule, however, there will never be more than one event per day. I firmly believe that you cannot concentrate and give supreme customer service when there are multiple activities going on the same day. When you rent Bell Gate, you are getting every nook and cranny, and that allows us to play a little bit. We can have a cocktail hour at the pool, but move dinner to the barn, and it feels like you’ve changed venue’s completely. It’s one of our greatest assets to be able to give our clients a robust and fulfilling event experience.

Originally a cow and poultry farm, the previous owners had run the property as a winery before Rick purchased it in May of 2017. After seeing the property, its luscious landscape, and the rustic charm of the original buildings, Rick had a vision. More importantly, he imagined bringing others’ visions to life with a beautiful and unique setting for weddings and private events.
