Texas Rock House is a labor of love. My grandparents built the house and barns in the 1940's as a working farm for their family. My mother was the youngest of seven children that grew up here. I grew up almost across the street with my mom (Joyce), daddy (Buddy), and brother (Larry). Larry and I spent almost every Friday night here - listening to his records on Grandma's old record player or sitting on the back porch swing counting the number of cars on the trains as they passed by. Whether you are looking for a memorable barn wedding venue for your special day, a unique event space for your corporate meeting, or a beautiful place to celebrate one of life's special moments, the Texas Rock House is the place to be! I (and my family) have had many wonderful memories in this place - and hope you do too!

They were positive, hardworking, organized, and so reliable - I trusted them completely to help our big day run smoothly. The venue was decorated beautifully and every detail was perfect. “The Orchard at Cane Creek is truly a hidden gem. It is absolutely amazing. It’s like you step into a piece of the coastal country Texas beauty. Hill country luxury, it’s very chic and unique. On site there are homes. The bridal home is gorgeous two-story great for a bridal party to get ready. The grooms house is set up with a pool table car table and has rustic charm. The venue has multiple areas to get married in the water features are gorgeous and the gazebo, their houses if you have out of town relatives to rent that are nice. Haley the event manager, is absolutely wonderful to deal with such a sweet lady. Lori in the office is such a sweetheart too. The food is beyond delicious. The staff is wonderful. The reception area is a step above. It is just a unique gorgeous hidden gem. I would definitely recommend it. I definitely appreciated that they had accommodations for those with disabilities . Our 10 year renewal was right before hurricane and they were so kind and we really had a beautiful time under pressure. They did an excellent job and I am so grateful. I can only recommend them 10 out of 10.”
