The service staff was top notch and last but certainly not least our Sales Manager was amazing, she extremely attentive, professional and warmly relatable. We felt like we were working with a friend because she made us so comfortable. This is truly a special company that does their job with love and care. They strive to make sure everyone is happy and informed throughout the entire process. They exceeded expectations in each area of significant importance to us that we felt compelled to share our fantastic experience. Thank you for a day we will never forget. Ultimately it was their prompt responses and the way they were so willing to work with our specific dietary needs. We have a child with food allergies and we worked together to make the ENTIRE meal and desserts free of peanuts/tree nuts/dairy/egg. The entire wedding planning process was so smooth with them. They answered questions very quickly, came up with creative solutions, and we never felt upsold.
