The service staff was top notch and last but certainly not least our Sales Manager was amazing, she extremely attentive, professional and warmly relatable. We felt like we were working with a friend because she made us so comfortable. This is truly a special company that does their job with love and care. They strive to make sure everyone is happy and informed throughout the entire process. They exceeded expectations in each area of significant importance to us that we felt compelled to share our fantastic experience. Thank you for a day we will never forget. Not only are they a preferred caterer in our facilities for our rental clients but we also use them for many of our athletic special events for donors, sports teams etc. Working with Kafe 421 in both aspects (as a venue and as a customer) is always a great experience. The communication, amount of food you get and the QUALITY of the food are all exceptional. I always say that you can tell they make their food with love.
