Land Family Home is a boutique events destination and nature conservancy. We offer unlimited possibilities for your wedding. Bring your ideas and imagination, we offer many event location options and configurations across our 60+ acre nature conservancy. Design a porch wedding in an idyllic natural setting for a boutique style event. For outdoor weddings we offer a Tractor Shed that's been converted to an open-air performance stage surrounded with 360 views of meadows and mature trees. Host a cocktail hour in the orchard and enjoy the dozen native apple and pear trees. Indoors, we offer an atrium dining space for intimate ceremonies and parties, as well as a library parlor and billiards room. 9 Oaks Farm is located in rural Monroe, Georgia. The sprawling landscape sets the scene for an intimate wedding surrounded by cultivated gardens, towering trees, and pastoral fields. Built from the granite of Stone Mountain, 550 Trackside was established as a Cotton Warehouse in 1904. Over the years, it has been known as The Langley General Store, The Mercantile Exchange, A Feed and Seed Co., the Grinder and the Goldkist Building. Prior to opening in 2008, we renovated, restored, and designed the venue to be a space where people can gather, connect, celebrate, and create memories. The high ceilings of 100-year-old rough-hewn wood, archways, chandeliers, furnishings, and attention to detail, captures and maintains its turn of the century authenticity and charm.

Creating happiness runs in our family. Our ancestors established this property in 1826. We named our venue this because we treasure the history of this space, and know there were many long, happy marriages on this land. There are several natural backdrops from which to choose for your ceremony; a log barn built in the 1820s, under an oak tree that is almost 200 years old, next to the pond on the dock, or by the large barn with a few curious horses behind you. Swan Lake Overlook is a luxurious wedding and event venue. Our venue sits on 225 acres of land that has been in our family for over 100 years. Our scenic views overlook the North Georgia Mountains and come with all of the well loved mountain elements. We are conveniently located just north of Atlanta, providing the perfect mountain destination wedding just outside of the city. Built in 1928, the Piedmont Room was first the home of the clubhouse for the golf course that resided within Piedmont Park. Now, it hosts some of Atlanta’s most memorable occasions. The original Stone Mountain granite walls and ivy-covered windows remain in the foyer while the main room features a modern feel with soaring windows, dark bamboo hardwoods and 15+’ ceilings.

West Milford Farm is named for Lightner West, who built the historic home around 1900 and the Milford family, who have lived here since the 1930s. West Milford Farm is an award-winning events facility conveniently located in East Cherokee County, just north of the city of Milton. The property is assembled around the original folk Victorian farmhouse and six historic outbuildings including: Original barn dating to the late 1800s Glass greenhouse, built from reclaimed windows from a local cotton mill Beautifully renovated reception barn Original 1890s corn crib. The reception barn boasts a brand new catering kitchen with granite counter tops, air conditioned handicapped accessible restrooms with bridal dressing room and a huge brick fireplace as the centerpiece in our large banquet barn.

Three Birches event venue is a beautiful location sitting on 6 acres of land. We have farm animals and gorgeous outdoor views. When you book Three Birches you are not just booking a building you are booking the entire property. We have plenty of space to spread out Indoor and outdoor.

Our venue was originally built in 1942, and used as munitions storage during World War 2. After that, it was repurposed for different industrial uses until the 1990s, when we moved in and set up our antique shop. Thirty years later, the area has changed incredibly and we no longer work in antiques!

Cold Creek Farm is a family owned venue, operated by Jeff and Susan Buffington. Located in the North Georgia mountains, it was originally purchased in 2011 to be a working farm with animals and all! A few years and a great deal of hard work later, it is now a place where love is celebrated almost every weekend of the year. You are welcome to talk with the great people who are here to serve you and your guests on your wedding day. The Corry House is named after the Corry family that settled the land in the late 1700's. That same family built the house in 1869, and continues to own the land to this day, ten generations later. After meeting and marrying in Greenville in 1989, Drs. Bo and Ruby Cheves moved to Bo's family farm in Union Point, Georgia. Here, they began the work of remodeling the 150-year-old farmhouse and surrounding grounds. As their two kids grew older, Bo and Ruby decided to build a new house overlooking the Ogeechee River further back on the property in 2007. With the help of Erin and Stanton Porter, The Corry House held its first wedding in 2010. At that time, we didn't have our reception barn or the meadow and forest wedding sites. Folks got married in the garden or in front of the farmhouse. After a few years of weddings, Bo and Ruby decided to run with it and built our temperature-controlled barn in 2014.
