Although I call Bellingham and the Pacific Northwest home now, I grew up on my family's farm in Michigan's rural Upper Peninsula, also known as 'the U.P.' At heart, I'm still and always will be a die-hard 'Yooper.' My dad, Chip, who is one of my biggest heroes, taught me how to grow, forage for, and arrange flowers around our farm while I was growing up. We used to make things together and sell them at the local farmers market on the weekends. So in some ways, I've been doing this work all my life. I started working in the floral industry in Bellingham before branching out on my own as Pozie by Natalie in 2015.

Over the last 10 years I’ve been pursuing filmmaking. From commercial shoots with Amazon, to the orphanages of Haiti, I’ve seen and done a lot with my career…but the moments that stuck with me were always the ones that had purpose behind what we were capturing. Weddings quickly went from being an occasional gig to the most precious gift I could provide an entire family! Through intentional filmmaking we are able to capture the sights & sounds of those closest to you on your wedding day, and that fills our cups!

My favorite colors are yellow & orange, my love languages are words of affirmation & quality time, & most importantly, I'm obsessed with my guinea pigs, Nugget & Corndog. With an open floor plan that is bathed in natural light from a wall of windows, this enchanting space is reminiscent of ballrooms of a bygone era, with hints of our distinct Chuckanut Bay Distillery aesthetic. With a fully-equipped catering kitchen and expansive bar, this grand event space is the perfect venue for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and galas of all kinds.
