The Mill was wonderful!!!! We got married here on 8/10/24. We met in Lancaster and wanted to get married in the area but neither of us lived there long and we currently live out of state, so we had no experience with venues or vendors in the area. Jen gave me a facetime tour instead! It looks exactly like the photos you see in reviews and even has a big beautiful upstairs level with brides & grooms suites for getting ready (and to serve as a rain plan area for cocktail hour) and a basement for catering to prep in. The Mill required very little extra decorations as the nature outside was beautiful and the Mill has some lights and garlands already hung inside. Pretty much all I had to add was my color flowers and signage. They also provided a list of vendors they recommend (but didn't require you to use). Being out of town, I chose to use mostly recommended ones since they were familiar with the Mill and they were all great as well! The Mill had plenty of parking and ADA friendly access for grandparents. We easily fit our 100 guests and a spacious dancefloor. Another favorite was the staircase for my entrance to the ceremony! There was so many great aspects to the Mill, I cannot recommend it enough!!!

Miranda at Barn at Silverstone is the definition of professionalism. From day one as we toured the venue I was blown away at how detail-oriented and passionate she was about making the client’s dream wedding come to life. She works with trusted vendors, invests in quality programs to help you plan and stay on track in your process, and is always available to answer any & all questions. Not to mention she was incredibly kind and so fun to work with through this process. I truly did not have any worries on my wedding day because I knew Miranda was on top of it! The venue is STUNNING. Each section of the venue in itself is so beautiful that you do not even need much decor. The beauty of this place speaks for itself. You can tell how much thought has gone into each room & building. It is very accessibly friendly which was greatly appreciated for my guests who struggle with walking. There is a place for everything… wish you could stow away something out of guests sight? They have a place! Wish there was a place to hang your things in bathrooms/bridal suite? There’s a hook! Just so many little things that you do not think of until you need it. Just shows how much care and thought was put into this venue. We even had to make the call to move indoors on my wedding day due to rain and Miranda was so prepared and made the transition incredibly easy and made it equally as stunning. She truly is the best of the best. I cannot rave enough about my experience. Our special day was PERFECT and all my thanks goes to Miranda for making it all happen. If you are looking for a place that’s you can trust to have above & beyond service, that takes your vision seriously, and that you can trust to execute your wishes, look no further. I am so incredibly grateful for all her & her team’s hard work to make our day even more special. Recently hosted my May 2022 wedding at The Hummingbird Chateau and it was amazing! The farmhouse is gorgeous with full kitchen, additional sitting rooms, vanities for makeup/hair (an absolute game changer for day of getting ready) and bedrooms. Morning of wedding went seamlessly with all the amenities. The owners are the nicest human beings and really have an amazing eye for detail which can be seen throughout the whole venue. The option for their barnwood reception tables and wood chairs, as well as arbor was so convenient and was one less hassle for wedding planning. Truly an amazing venue and so grateful I could be one of the first brides to enjoy!

Shellie and the Hotel Du Pont team are total pros. They were very accommodating throughout the process and were always willing to work with us to make our day as special as possible. The food and drinks were all terrific and the service was exceptional. We were attracted to Hotel Du Pont as a venue because of the opportunity to host a “Wedding Weekend” and not only did we get to pull that off, but Hotel Du Pont made it a better experience than we could have hoped for. My husband and I had our Christmas-themed wedding at the Eden on December 10th of 2021, and I can’t sing the praises of the wedding coordinators, concierges, catering and janitorial staff enough. From start to finish we felt genuinely cared for by everyone in the resort...and I know how often they host weddings, but each and every person on the Eden team accommodated us in such a joyful way; as if we were the only wedding in the building. And it felt like they were sincerely happy for us. Which made the day feel really, really special. Madeline and Felicia, our wedding/day-of coordinators, attended to every last detail of the day, making sure that absolutely nothing was missed. They were present, intentional, flexible, and at times even borderline protective of me and my family. And that’s anything a bride could ever ask for. I couldn’t be more grateful. As far as the planning process goes: as a project manager, I very much appreciated the explicit, direct nature of their policies and procedures. After offering me several tours of the venue (MOB was from out of town and MOG wanted to see it on separate occasions) and answering all of my many many questions via phone and email, we had several formal meetings to comb through all the details and make sure we were on the same page. Maddie was able to help me delegate and manage my expectations, especially when it came to who was responsible for what, and even then bent over backwards to help me and my bridal party with day-of tasks. Thanks again to everyone on The Eden Resort & Suites staff. You were such a crucial part of our big day and we appreciate your hard work!

The Box Hill Mansion was an absolutely stunning venue for our wedding day. Kelsey and her team were fantastic to work with - they were always responsive over email, which was our preferred method of communication. On the day-of, Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. When a few small things were forgotten or misplaced, like a printed copy of our vows or a forgotten groomsman's Polaroid camera, Kelsey quickly handled it so we didn't have to worry. She brought in an extra camera, printed my vows for me, in addition to the missing marriage certificate. The venue itself is gorgeous, and Kelsey's attention to detail ensured our wedding was magical and unforgettable. I was so thrilled with the quality of food and service from every staff member. From the communication to the exceptional service, we were so grateful to have our wedding at the Box Hill Mansion. The venue coordinator was so responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process, communication was top notch. The beautiful exposed brick walls and string lights created the perfect romantic ambiance. Their staff helped with setup and breakdown so we could just focus on celebrating with our loved ones. The open layout provided plenty of room for dining and dancing. Guests raved about the food and many said it was the most beautiful venue they'd ever seen. We felt like royalty walking into the gorgeous ballroom. The value for the space is unbeatable. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie and the team at Inn at Leola Village for our wedding and if we had to do it all over again, we would choose them every single time! The venue offers a great deal of variety - it's rustic with industrial charm while offering modern finishes- something totally unique that we loved. While the Inn itself is quaint and has a ton of character throughout making it a very unique experience for guests. When it came down to planning the big day our coordinator, Stephanie, was an absolute joy to work with. Not only was she incredibly informed and on top of the ball she was very patient with me and my (many) question filled emails. We had to postpone our 2020 wedding due to Covid and thank god for her because she remained calm and ensured us that we will get our perfect day no matter what - she was not wrong! On the big day Stephanie had everything under control. I was able to sit back and actually enjoy the day, something I hope every bride/groom gets to experience. One thing I want to make sure I mention is how spectacular the food was. Having been to quite a few weddings myself, I’m not a fan of the food that’s usually offered but this does not apply to the Inn at Leola Village. I have a food allergy and they had no problem working with me so we didn’t have to compromise taste for my comfort. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food for cocktail hour and dinner was plus the portions were generous! No seriously, my husband is asking if I can try and recreate the Penne with Lavender Honey Sauce because it was that good (I have yet to succeed). PS get the homemade donuts for dessert, you won’t be sorry! Thank you to the incredible staff at Inn at Leola Village for making our dream wedding come true. We will be back for our anniversary next year!

We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding at the Carriage house! It has been taken over by Prime Hospitality catering who did an amazing job from start to finish! Our guests raved over the food, waitstaff, and bartenders! Katie and her team took care of every single aspect of our wedding which allowed my husband and I, our families, and our bridal party to be stress free and enjoy the day! I could go on and on about how amazing our wedding day was! Not a single thing went wrong, Katie and her team decorated the venue beautifully, the service was fantastic, and our guests continue to reach out about how beautiful the wedding venue was. It was better than I could’ve ever expected! I hope that the Carriage House starts to see an increase in weddings at their venue because they are truly amazing at their job! Katie coordinated and helped me with planning the wedding out from day 1. She worked relentlessly behind the scenes to ensure we had a great day. The food was the best wedding meal I have ever had and I’m not just saying that because I had my wedding here. The restaurant associated with the caterers “Brandywine Prime” makes amazing food. I will admit when initially wedding planning I was unsure of the carriage house due to the lack of online presence and photos of recent weddings. It is truly a hidden gem and definitely worth considering for your wedding day!!

This property was beautiful, and the owners were wonderful to work with! Nestled in Chadds Ford, PA, the BnB is right next to Longwood Gardens and within 45 minutes of King of Prussia Mall (for any last-minute wedding shopping necessary, as it turns out we needed!). The wedding package we purchased included the entire BnB (6 rooms) for the bridal party, as well as the grounds to host our ceremony and/or reception (we did both!). Brad and Cindy did an amazing job of making sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying our stay, and the grounds ended up being absolutely stunning for our wedding day. They also have extras available to add-on to your package, as needed (tent, outdoor patio heaters, pew seating, and a super cute shutter altar set up!). Normally, venues in the Chadds Ford/Brandywine area are super expensive, but this one was not only affordable but very worthwhile!!! Thank you, Brad and Cindy!!

Historic Shady Lane is such a beautiful venue, both naturally and in it's structures. Working with Caitlyn and their recommended venues made my life so easy in planning because I was sure the whole day would turn out beautifully. We got married in July on what felt like one of the hottest days of the year, but all of our guests still had an amazing time and took complete advantage of the beautiful landscape and spaces HSL has to offer such as the gazebo, reception tent, green house, etc. When I started looking for a venue, I was keeping in mind something unique, natural looking, and beautiful and HSL was all of those things.

Convenient to Hotel Warner, boutique shops, galleries and restaurants and minutes away from major Brandywine Valley attractions, our venue is the perfect spot to make history together! This beautiful historic building, offering many photo opportunities, was built for the YMCA in 1908, then purchased and renovated by CCHC in 1993. Your guests will also have access to the award winning museum's many galleries in Horticultural Hall, designed by Thomas Ustick Walter and built in 1849. This building has the distinction of housing the first Pennsylvania women's rights convention in 1852 among other influential historic events and performances by well-known 19th century entertainers.

My husband and I were so pleased with our reception at CCHC. Working with Cyndi Meadows, we were able to put on a fun, personalized reception for which we received rave reviews from family and friends. Cyndi answered our many questions and was responsive to our needs. Our guests loved the venue, with cocktails outside on the terrace along with the option to browse the museum collections. The auditorium space accommodated about 100 guests for a buffet dinner and dancing very well. With our DJ's lights, floral arrangements, and some additional decor, we turned the basic, blank slate of the auditorium into a vibrant, colorful space. Proximity to the Chestnut Street parking garage and the Hotel Warner are huge bonuses for this a unique venue in the borough of West Chester. The venue costs are very reasonable when looking at other local venues, plus you provide your own alcohol here which provides further savings. We happily partnered with one of their preferred caterers, Limoncello, who provided abundant, delicious food and excellent service. If you want a unique, convenient, and affordable venue for your wedding reception, do not hesitate to check out CCHC!!
