Opening its doors in 1997, Soho South is located in the heart of Historic Downtown Savannah, appropriately named after the iconic New York City neighborhood for its proximity to nearby shops and entertainment venues. Built originally as an automotive service station in 1945, the building sat vacant for a number of years before being transformed into the events venue you see today. The monumental, vast interior space includes the buildings original exposed elements such as the steel windows, iron trusses, and solid wooden garage doors. The overall atmosphere results in a versatile space that lends itself to a myriad of gatherings and special events.

Victory North was constructed in an ice factory built in the early 1900s. It possesses Savannah’s historic and charming appeal while providing all of the modern conveniences in technology and style. The renovations are designed to preserve the historic appearance while providing a unique Savannah event venue that can be transformed into our client’s vision.

Your Wedding Specialist will guide you through two planning sessions—Kickstart and Final Review—both included in your venue fee. At the Kickstart, you’ll receive a custom wedding map with handpicked vendors matching your style and budget. The Final Review finalizes all details, including a detailed event diagram. Vincent Chicco’s, like its namesake, history and tradition is what shapes this modern take on classic Italian-American fare. Tucked along Hutson Alley, Chicco’s is a serene hideaway offering refined Italian cuisine with fresh ingredients, handmade pastas and house made sauces. During the prohibition era, Vinent Chicco who emigrated to Charleston from Italy, ran a number of saloons and led the fight locally against prohibition. Chicco’s arrest was the first after a dispensary law was passed by Governor Tillman. Chicco’s arrest became infamous as many Charlestonians opposed this law. Today, Vincent Chicco’s is proud to serve elevated old-world classic Italian cuisine beholden to one of Charleston’s heroes from a lost time.

The location for High Wire Distilling is as unique as the spirits—a rustic 23,000-square-foot warehouse located on Huger Street. Spacious with a vintage industrial feel, the Production Area features a 22ft high, barreled ceiling and a beautiful, hand-hammered, copper still as a focal point. High Wire’s Tasting Room boasts industrial features with a large viewing window into the production area. Visitors may also receive a sensory education about the distilling process, ingredients, and formula creation.

Victor’s Seafood & Steak features an elegant bar area and dining room. The menu includes shareable appetizers, classic steakhouse entrees, and local seafood specialties. The centerpiece bar offers signature cocktails, as well as a selection of barrel-aged cocktails, beer, and wine. The refined dining room is accented with plush booths, antique wares, and scenes of wildlife. These twos rooms merge together to become the embodiment of “Sea” and “Land”.
