    Parent of the bride—we leased entire rooftop & everything was excellent, & staff was easy to work with. There were issues with the QR scans to retrieve vehicles from valet parking. Additionally, the hotel staff used all elevators to transport chairs, DJ equipment, etc. It appeared there was not an elevator specifically for services of the hotel. Overall the wedding & rehearsal dinner was great, & wedding was beautiful.

    We were looking for an ADA accessible venue with as many inclusions as possible, and the Alida exceeded our expectations. The food was wonderful, the space was beautiful, and the location is fantastic. We got so many complements and are super grateful for Jessica and the staff!
