About this venue

Family owned since 1931, Red Gate Farms is just 6 miles from historic downtown Savannah. Offering an authentic Barn venue and an industrial venue, The Grainery. The Barn holds up to 150 guests and The Grainery up to 200. The Belle Tower is a Southern home in the middle of the farm. It included with the Grainery as dressing rooms for weddings. The Belle Tower can also be rented for events with up to 60 guests. Smaller venues are also available for rehearsal dinners and private events. We also offer elopement packages for 10 or 20 guests.

The Barn

The authentic barn is a beautiful backdrop for a magical truly Southern experience. The Barn has been described as a scene out of a Hallmark Movie.

The Barn’s traditional red doors and genuine horse stables that are creatively incorporated into each event give the venue a special kind of authenticity. Directly adjacent to The Barn is a cozy cottage with spacious rooms for couples to get ready in. Just behind The Barn is the peaceful meadow, home to majestic 300-year-old oak trees. Often used for ceremonies, company picnics, and more, the meadow offers a woodland escape.

The Belle Tower

The Belle Tower sits in the heart of the farm and overlooks the entire property.

The Belle Tower is a beautiful Southern-style home offering a scenic backdrop that gives any event a touch of whimsical beauty. As you wind your way around the home’s spacious wrap-around porch, you are met with panoramic views of Red Gate Farms unique property. Perfect for more intimate occasions, The Belle Tower will give you and your guests a peaceful retreat to spend quality time with friends and family.

The Grainery

Indoor/Outdoor open air venue overlooking the water.

The Grainery previously served as a storehouse, but with some renovations, it has been transformed into a captivating event venue that you simply cannot find anywhere else in Savannah. The space features floor-to-ceiling retractable doors that open up to breathtaking views of the neighboring pond, rolling green fields, and majestic trees. Inside the Grainery, an open floor plan invites you to set up and decorate your event however you imagine.
