No short-cuts are taken here! Our custom wood-fire smoker plays an instrumental role in how we achieve some of the most authentic smoke flavor you’ve ever tasted. Knowing we’ve mastered the essence of BBQ, we are able to then direct our focus onto the meal itself by utilizing high quality meats and care in preparation, creating flavorful and tender meats that melt in your mouth. Although the primary focus is on the meats, the sides also play a very important role in the experience.
