Your vision is our mission! You are free to use our venue however you wish. The open air chapel can be used for a gorgeous ceremony or a covered outdoor reception area. The professionally lit outdoor courtyard is perfect for cocktail hour and dancing under the Texas stars. The indoor reception area is adorned with stained glass and statement chandeliers. Enjoy the outdoor bar with additional seating area. Our decor warehouse is yours to use. Tables and chairs are also provided.

Our story began in 1957 in the small west Texas town of Monahans. At Frosty’s local burger and ice cream shack, Carol Ann was enjoying an evening out with friends, when Sam, a young airman spotted her in the crowd; He leaned in and told his buddies, “I’m going to marry that girl”. Courting her through the family’s old screen door, their love story began…. lasting over 60 years. Gatherings of family and friends were the hallmark to Sam and Carol Ann’s life together. They enjoyed sharing their stories full of adventure, love and laughter….The Casa at Canyon Lake is a legacy to their love story. Dedicated in loving memory of Sam and Carol Ann, the family renovated the property in 2024, creating a wedding & event venue to continue building a lifetime of treasured memories.

Crown Ridge Event Center is ideally located in the Hill Country surroundings of San Antonio. The exquisite banquet hall is the perfect location for your wedding celebration! Crown Ridge provides you with several options for your special day. You can opt to host your reception in either the Columbus Room or the Christopher Room. You also have the option of renting and using the entire hall. You can host all the festivities of your special day on site—ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception!

Located on a private and secluded 150 acre ranch in beautiful Texas Hill Country the newly built venue (2021) features a large beautiful space with a cozy soft-industrial vibe. In addition to the indoor AC space he the building includes a large covered space that can seat as many people for ceremonies. A large area between the enclosed venue and outdoor venue is perfect for setting up catering and other entertainment (bands, dancing, etc).
