I have studied fine art photography long before I ever started taking portraits of other people and shooting weddings. With my combined business acumen, production experience, and flair for design, I saw the perfect opportunity to start my business, and B&B was born. Before I was a photographer, I grew up in the wedding industry. Spending my summers surrounded by tulle, sewing machines, and brides-to-be. Long Island has been my home my whole my life and I’m always reminded that I’m never to far from the beach and fall is the best weather. I went to college at Stony Brook University studying business and marketing and keeping photography as my hobby. I chose to name my company Papillon Photography, Papillon in French means butterfly’s. Butterfly’s are significant to most and when I shoot couples, families, product or I’m behind the scenes editing the images are being transformed into something beautiful.

Building connections with my subjects is super important to me...the more comfortable you are with the person taking photos, the more comfortable you'll be in front of the camera!
