The Investment Did Not Match The Outcome

S Glam Pro was a mixed bag for our wedding day beauty services. Their communication was great through their online portal, but lacked that personal touch when it came to addressing our specific needs. The quality of their work was impressive - their team of talented artists transformed my entire bridal party with beautiful hair and makeup. However, there were some issues with professionalism, as they did not properly communicate last-minute changes to the number of artists needed, and the timeline was mismanaged, causing us to run late despite paying for touch-up services. While they were able to complete hair and makeup for my large bridal party, I've seen smaller teams handle it more efficiently in the past. Overall, S Glam Pro delivered on the artistic side, but fell short on the organizational and communication aspects of their services.

Thank you so much for your review and for highlighting our skills in delivering your perfect bridal glam. We would, however, like to clarify a few points. When our last two (out of the four) artists arrived on time, your bridal party was delayed by 20 minutes, which impacted their start time. Additionally, many members of your bridal party were not fully prepared for hairstyling. One individual required nearly two hours because our artist had to blow out, straighten, and style her hair (she had a lot of hair) Please also note that your touch-up services were fully honored. While all of our artists were punctual, the delays in preparation, including the need to blow-dry your own hair, contributed significantly to the overall delay in our schedule. Our contract and wedding schedule email clearly state that the bride and bridal party must be fully prepared for hairstyling (unless blow-dry and silk press services have been booked). These additional services were not included in your booking, and we did not charge you extra for them. We hope this provides some context and understanding.
