Our expansive property offers a wide variety of indoor and outdoor spaces, capable of accommodating both small and large groups. Ceremony and reception areas, dining halls, auditoriums, amphitheaters, pools, gorgeous vista views, commercial kitchens, all set within a beautiful and inspiring landscape. Most couples and their guests join us for a multi-day stay, buying out some or all of our property.

At Union Hill Inn, there are plenty of tales to tell of the property's history and how our style was acquired for the rooms and cottages. And let's not leave out, "The Barn Stead" consisting of three party friendly structures steeped in Gold Country history. Roses & Acorns Creekside Weddings is located at Camp Nauvoo near Placerville, California offers all the natural beauty of the outdoors while keeping the convenience of an onsite lodge, kitchen and restroom facilities for weddings & receptions. We are located on on year-round Weber Creek. We have an idyllic meadow featuring an amish gazebo and various arbors. We have a bridal room, lodge with cozy fireplace with AC/heat, large commercial kitchen with walk in fridge, restroom and showers with flush toilets, wedding tables and chairs for up to 125 guests (50 cars) . We offer camping weddings including glamping tents, teepees, cabin tents, camp fire bowl, volleyball/ basketball courts. Our philosophy is to provide an affordable wedding venue that allows the bride to customize to her dream wedding. We offer limited availability in the spring and fall. Originally called Cold Spring Ranch due to an ice cold spring. The Dorrington Hotel was built in 1852 by John Gardner who married Rebecca Dorrington and moved her out from Scotland.
