On my arrival, parking was easy and there were clear directions made for all attendees. When I arrived I was greeted by Justine, and assisted with my bags by others staffed by Justine to offer helping hands to my work area that was separate, clean, and spacious. My work area had amazing lighting already set up, a chair and table set up, and a personalized gift bag and refreshments waiting for me. I thought that it was above and beyond with service for her vendors. It felt good to work in an environment where I walked in with great impressions, service, and appreciation for my services rendered. I was grateful to have a setup that allowed me to work with ease and comfort. Each person who required makeup had a time slot and was on time and prepped very well. Justine did a wonderful job at making sure everyone was aware of what was going on and where we would be, if working. I appreciated her attentiveness to detail and how through her planning was executed. I also received an itinerary of the event and it was filled with beautiful moments and fun. “Stanley was truly the MOST communicative vendor we worked with throughout this process, from the moment we inquired, to the moment we got our sneak peeks. I always heard back from him usually within minutes (sometimes seconds!), but never longer than an hour or two. I always see the horror stories about brides not receiving their photos or not hearing back, but I never had to worry about that with Stanley. We also got our one minute teaser and about 60(!) sneak peek photos less than 24 hours after our wedding was over (about 1 pm the following day!). I could not believe the speed and they are SO good! His style and Allie’s style is so beautiful and it’s truly bringing our day to life so we will always have physical memories to look back on. Day of, Allie (our main photographer) and Stanley (video) arrived early and got drone shots of the venue and were quick to get to work when they found me in the bridal suite. I had so many photo requests for family photos and they worked fast (despite there being a lot of chatter), and got it all done so quickly. The second shooter (Ryan) was also amazing and had a fun time with my husband and his groomsmen. He also was great at getting shots of some of our family members without us (i.e. my parents, my sister and her family, groom’s parents) so we could be as productive as possible and have family photos, too! We decided to keep them an extra hour (9 hours instead of 8 ) and Stanley came to us about 30 minutes before the end of their service to check since we still had some things in the schedule we hadn’t gotten to yet and had offered and shared the cost to do so. We decided it was worth it and got so many more amazing photos. I cannot wait to see the full album in 8-12 weeks! And I will recommend Stanley and Allie to everyone in the meantime because everyone deserves to have their day captured as beautifully as they did for us!”

“Highly, highly recommend the Barnstorm for a wedding or any event. We hired them for our wedding the last weekend of September 2019 in Montauk, and they absolutely put the night over the top! First and foremost, they are a great band; not your typical “wedding band”. They aren’t cookie cutter (i.e. you won’t hear them playing the same songs that you hear at every wedding) and they certainly aren’t stiff. They vibe off each other and the room. They are legitimately having a fun time performing with each other and that permeates throughout the room. Everyone will be up dancing, singing, drinking, and sweating their butts off, and having a blast! What to expect: -Professionalism. Brooks responds promptly and covers all bases. No detail will be overlooked during the planning stages. Day of, they get to the venue well ahead of time to sound check and make sure everything is sounding perfect. During the event, they are great at providing direction and making sure everything runs smoothly. -Personalization and flexibility. The guys truly care about making the event as special as possible and are very open to any idea to bring the event over the top. In addition to our “special request” songs (which they nailed) the band was incredibly gracious at my request to join them onstage to “surprise” my wife and guests by playing a song along with them. It could not have gone over any better…my wife was thrilled and it absolutely brought the house down! -Party! They know what will get everyone up and moving. Their catalogue of songs is well over 200 and it includes all decades and genres. Multiple guests commented that they didn’t want to leave the dance floor to get dessert or go to the bathroom because every song was such an amazing jam. The Barnstorm is absolutely worth every penny. We knew they were the right band for our wedding the first moment we heard them at Hill Country, and we feel so lucky and grateful to the guys for playing our wedding. On top of it all, my wife, friends, and I get to continue to relive that night by seeing their gigs throughout NYC! We simply cannot say enough great things about The Barnstorm.”

Dory and her team were excellent to work with throughout the planning and the food was fantastic. We chose one of their station's dinner packages and everything was perfect! We wanted our guests to have various choices, and that's exactly what we did with a flatbread pizza station, pasta station, taste of Philly station, and lettuce wrap stations.
