Welcome to the Barn! The Barn at Woods Fort is located in historic Lincoln Co MO, among the rolling hills of the Woods Fort Golf Course. We are Missouri's hidden gem! The Barn is a wedding and event venue with 13,000 square feet of event space and a capacity of up to 500 guests. The Barn features two beautiful wedding suites , two state of art bars, a large dance floor, and plenty of room for a DJ or full band. When you book The Barn at Woods Fort, we include many amenities with your venue such as an outdoor ceremony area, table decor, linens and napkins of your color choice, and a day of coordinator to handle all of the details. We also include our Fountain View Room and Fireside Room, located in our Clubhouse, for all of the important days leading up to your wedding such as engagement parties, bridal showers, and dinner rehearsals. Our staff at Woods Fort will work hard to make your day perfect and magical at The Barn!

River City Casino and Hotel can accommodate up to 600 gests in the 10,000-square-feet Event Center, offering plenty of room for couples and guests to celebrate. Couples who celebrate their nuptials here will enjoy fantastic food, sumptuous surroundings, and dedicated staff to assist them with every need. Our hotel offers a luxurious location for all ceremony types, including religious and non-religious events and receptions. River City offers a comprehensive range of package options for receptions. All packages include items such as tables, chairs, and linen. A banquet captain will be present throughout the event, ensuring the reception is running smoothly and taking care of any issues. Cuisine is provided by the hotel’s award-winning chefs, who work with the couple to design a menu reflecting their taste. Depending on the style of the reception, the culinary team offers plated meals, buffets, and hors d'oeuvres. We also offer a variety of bar packages.

Grbic wedding venue offers over 3,500 square-feet of wide-open space, complete with exposed white washed brick and elegant archways that act as a perfect canvas for your personal touches. The Stone House by Grill Master Tony is in the Historic Blumenthal Building built in 1885 just up from the banks of the Mississippi and a block from Bellerive Park (great place for pictures) This small intimate space is perfect for parties of 30 to 75 people. Anheuser-Busch Biergarten has everything a couple might need for the special occasion. Our in house wedding coordinator handles the day of coordinating as well as additional vendor requests. Spectra Food Services & Hospitality is the exclusive, in-house caterer at Gateway Convention Center. Although we do not allow outside food and beverage, we do make exceptions for wedding cakes. We offer our each couple the ability to customize the perfect meal for their big day.

The Ridge Room is a rustic event space with a minimalist design making it easy to transform into the wedding venue of your dreams. IT features original wood floors, exposed brick, flexible seating plans, and a cozy conversation nook. We can seat up to 80 guests or accommodate up to 100 with a standing-room-only event. We offer customized catering packages through Balkan Treat Box, but we also welcome outside caterers. Please note we do not have a kitchen for outside catering to utilize.
