Terminal West lies within the King Plow Arts Center in West Midtown Atlanta. The arts center originally started out as a plow factory but was converted into studios in the 1990’s. Terminal West once was an iron smelting room and has been transformed into a music venue with modern production while maintaining the original factory aesthetics. Terminal West opened its doors in March of 2012 and is now a concert venue/event space.

1910. That’s when this studio was built. That’s more than 100 years ago. Before the Titanic. Before World War I. Of course, when they built it they didn’t know it was a studio. They thought they’d built a factory for transforming raw cotton into fire-retardant fabrics. And they did just that for about 84 years. Next came a few years of hand-wringing and a few more of neglect and abandonment. In 2007, they finally turned it over to Jason Ivany. He set it back on track and transformed it into the daylight studio it was always meant to be just before the 100 year mark.

Rooftop Terrace Located on the East wing of The Roof, the Rooftop Terrace offers unmatched, stunning views of the Atlanta skyline and its lush treetop canopy. The beautifully landscaped wood deck is partially sheltered by a 4,800 square foot semi-permanent tent strung with market lights. It includes a catering kitchen, bridal suite, and built-in bench seating facing Ponce de Leon Avenue and the Atlanta Beltline. Bar Packages available separately and must be provided by our team. Capacity: 400 standing guests / approximately 220 seated guests! Our second wedding area, the Roebuck Room, is a versatile space located in the iconic water tower that rises above the rooftop. We can host up to 75 guests for a full-scale wedding, 100 guests for a seated dinner, and up to 150 reception style, the 11th floor space will be ideal for your private event or exclusive rehearsal dinner. While indoors, the expansive windows still offer our amazing Skyline Views.

Upstairs Atlanta is a raw space with industrial and rustic finishes that can be tailored to fit the style or theme of any event. The open space has an arched concrete ceiling anchored by vaulted skylight windows with white brick and concrete floors throughout. The building also features an upstairs cocktail lounge, a large covered patio flanking the reception space and a lower level outdoor terrace. We are a private residential venue in the Chosewood Park neighborhood right in the heart of Atlanta near Grant Park. We offer couples an intimate, Al Fresco Poolside Wedding & Ceremony experience without leaving the city! Imagine a poolside ceremony and reception with soft lights, white-clothed tables and candle centerpieces and sophisticated indoor space with sliding glass doors that open directly to an outside covered patio overlooking the pool, allowing for the perfect indoor and outdoor experience for you and your guests. Our venue is a well-designed canvas that can be used as-is or customized for your style. To date, we've hosted over 100 events, including small weddings, elopements, rehearsal dinners, bridal brunches and everything in between. We look forward to making memories with you!

Housed in a late Victorian building that was once a home, a church, a dance studio, and an architectural salvage store, the Wrecking Bar Brewpub has worked to become a cornerstone of the neighborhood. With a focus on comfortable atmosphere, clean and exciting locally sourced food, an extensive bar program, and excellent beer crafted in house, the goal is to maintain a restaurant that has has something for everyone. Come grab a beer at the bar, or meet up with family and friends for dinner.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

Nestled on 39 acres of mature hardwoods, the Cator Woolford Gardens are situated on one of the few remaining intact historic estates in Metropolitan Atlanta and are located just a few miles from the heart of downtown. The Gardens were originally created for Cator Woolford, one of the principal founders of Retail Credit Company (now Equifax, Inc.), and were redesigned in 1996 as a series of outdoor "rooms." Changing with the seasons, the gardens and forest are filled with dogwoods, roses, narcissi, rhododendrons, laurels, daffodils, and azaleas, some of which are original to the estate.
