Mill Hall was built in 1873 and operated as a grain mill until the early 2000s. Following an extensive renovation, the Hall is now ready for use as an event venue. Fully heated and air conditioned, the building is entirely hardwood, with beautiful light and open design. It is perfect for an eclectic, warm event. The space features two full floors of entertaining space. Downstairs offers 2800 square feet of formal dining area with full bar, featuring four barn doors to the outside porch. The rear of the building is being renovated to provide an dedicated dance and entertainment zone. Upstairs features two lounges, plus two changing areas and cozy prep rooms for the wedding party. Boasting a newly redone downtown social area, The Jefferson is located in the heart of Hastings. With the main space open with exposed brick walls and wood floors it offers a full bar space along with a full certified kitchen. The Jefferson also has a finished basement available for use of the events and is typically being used as a bridal suite.

Later, as rural schools consolidated, the school was expanded in 1938 into a two room schoolhouse. Hamilton Lake's Cold Springs evolved from a 1870 farm purchase by Simpson Watkins. By 1885, Watkins Grove hosted picnics, leading to a hotel (1898), dance hall, and early 1900s recreation. Cold Springs Cottage Park, platted in 1896, grew significantly, with a unique leasing system. Sundays featured bands and speakers. Visitors arrived by train. A larger hotel opened in 1914, and the dance hall became a central draw with live music. A beach area developed later. The hotel prospered through the 20th century, adding a bar and modernizing. An 18-hole golf course was built. Dancing remained popular with big bands, later transitioning to rock. Today, Cold Springs offers a hotel, dining, bar, beach, golf, cottages, and retro dances, still family-run after five generations.

Red Ribbon Hall is a historic landmark building located in the heart of Eaton Rapids! Dating back to 1878, the building was affiliated with the "Red Ribbon Movement". The interior has recently undergone some refreshing renovations to help bring a modern feel to the historic building. There are three different areas available for utilization: the upstairs, downstairs, and an outside location. The upstairs houses a theater styled hall, a bridal suite, a grooms room, and two restrooms. The theater styled hall consists of a stage lining the back wall and elevated theater style seating along the side walls. The downstairs houses male & female restrooms, a kitchen available for catering, and a reception hall. Round tables and chairs are provided along with their set up and tear down. There is also an outside location available upon request. An individual will be on-site for supervision.
