I can't say enough positive things about this venue! The venue is beautiful, just a few blocks away from historic downtown Sanford, and has the most incredible staff. My husband and I fell in love with this venue the second we walked in, and I never had a negative experience when dealing with the venue staff and the recommended vendors. I recently had the pleasure to work with Mulberry Estates. I was in the hunt for a venue to have a surprise gender reveal/baby shower for my best friend. Right when I was about to give up I came upon Mulberry through google search. I immediately fall in love without seeing it in person. I contacted the venue and was in contact with Melanie since. Due to the fact I lived in a different city all the planning was done vie phone calls and text messages. Melanie’s impeccable service from day one made the day truly memorable. On the day of the event, I must say, I felled in loved even more. The guest loved it and most importantly my best friend and husband loved it. The venue definitely exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. Melanie was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. The venue itself is beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern and cozy elements. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married at. Their chapel is absolutely gorgeous. I’m catholic so that for me was extremely special. The reception space being right next to it was also so perfect. On top of it, they also being the catering company was absolutely perfect and easy to work with. Christina and Jazmine are the best human being ever. I miss working with them now that the wedding planning is over. All of their team is awesome. I loved every second of the planning and of my wedding so much. Everything looked great, they are very professional. Amazing, amazing people!!!

The A&H’s Maitland Art Center, originally known as the Research Studio, was founded in 1937 by visionary artist and architect J. André Smith. The center was originally a winter artist’s colony, dedicated to fostering an exploratory approach to modern art. The hundreds of original sculptural elements that adorn the structures were hand-carved by André Smith and his associates, and the center remains one of the few surviving examples of Mayan Revival architecture in the southeastern United States.

The grounds were absolutely stunning backdrop for our fairytale wedding. The availability of different spaces to use during the event was such a nice way to hold the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at the same location but with a different gorgeous view for each. There are so many beautiful buildings and artwork around. Paola was easy to work with and we were able to purchase extra time to set up. The only negative is that two museum employees walked through our reception stations (in sweats, while it was a black tie affair) then proceeded to sit on the steps to eat. We highly recommend The Art & History Museums of Maitland.

You truly cannot find a better venue in Orlando for your big day.

My goodness, there aren’t words to express my gratitude for Beth and my love for Villa Festa. We truly were struggling with venues for our wedding until I went stumbled upon this place. We couldn’t justify thousands of dollars on a venue that we get for less than 12 hours and that seemed to be the way everything was. Villa Festa is changing the game. Not only were we able to have the venue for the entire weekend (allowing us to DIY and set up things up prior) but we were also able to spend genuine time with our friends and family since we could all stay overnight at the venue. Villa Festa cuts out a lot of the puzzle pieces when planning, making it so much less stressful. Beth (the owner) is an angel walking this Earth. Communication is always prompt and she truly cares that you have the wedding of your dreams. Every second was beautiful. The venue was clean and incredibly maintained. I could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else. If you’re considering Villa Festa, just book a tour and you’ll be sold the second you pull up. I was very overwhelmed after being let down by so many places and the second we arrived and were greeted, we just knew that was it. Cannot recommend enough!!

As we approach our second anniversary, we’d like to reflect on just how perfect our day was. When we got engaged, Up the Creek Farms was the first venue we thought of, however, like most couples we were trying to figure out numbers. We were able to sit down with Jess on property at UTC and discuss our vision for our day. She was able to lead us to a plan that not only fit our vision but our budget, too. We picked out linens, details for the bar, dessert table, buffet line, and ceremony decor. It was so nice to be able to actually see the items in person and pick out what we liked right there on the spot. The team helped us with the reception layout and seating chart, too, which was a huge stress relief! Jess even set up our meeting with the caterer so we could sample various items before making a decision on what we’d serve for dinner. After we got the above details in place, we were pretty much set! When I say we did not have to think in the weeks leading up to the wedding, I’m not kidding. They were in communication with all our vendors to ensure the day went smoothly. On the day of our wedding, Wes and I were able to take our time getting ready in the Declan house as the team set up for the ceremony and reception. (Which, by the way, the Declan house is a dream. There was something so calming about the house in those hours before our wedding.) Jess, Tim and the rest of the team worked so well together and with the vendors they recommended. When I took a walk through the boathouse prior to the ceremony, I was absolutely blown away. It was better than anything I could’ve imagined. The tables were set beautifully, not a detail was spared. Since the wedding planning process, and then the actual day of ran so smoothly (word choice), we truly were able to soak in the day with our friends and family. They even took care of making sure left over desserts, party favors, cards, guest book, etc. were nicely packaged and placed in our parents’ cars! We still say it was the best day we’ve ever had. We wouldn’t change a thing. We can’t thank the UTC family enough for making our special day perfect.

Serving 10 years in the business and performing at over 100 venues in both NY and FL, I would have a hard time comparing my experience at Crane Club to any of the other venues I've worked at. They are in a class of their own. From the moment you drive up, to the end of the event you are in awe. As beautiful as the building is, and as great as the food is, the best thing by far are the people in it. The operations team is top notch, from Summer, to Kara, to Andy, and more. I couldn't believe how professional, personable, and friendly the service staff was as well. It makes such a difference in your experience as a guest and a vendor! Also, all of my clients absolutely RAVE about working with Maureen who is the sales manager. A lot of this venues success and overall experience starts with the amazing work done by her. I look forward to performing here for years to come!

We had our daughter's wedding here this past July, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience. From our first tour, the venue is gorgeous and Lyttie is wonderful, to the actual ceremony and reception, everything went as smoothly as possible. Considering we had to plan this during a pandemic that is saying something!! Everyone we interacted with, Lyttie, Melissa and Becky, the owner, were easy to work with and to get a hold of. Add to this a venue whose historical character and beauty inside and out are only rivaled by the natural beauty surrounding it, and you have a venue that is perfect for all occasions!!

I only had one issue with the estates and that was "I scheduled a rehearsal and on the day of no one was there to open up the chapel for us, I called and emailed and never got a response. so, it highly affected us on wedding day. But, we worked through it and made it successful despite of. Other than that would of been a Great Five Star review, But, four stars and still recommendable because of its Beauty!

Venue 142 is a Catering and Event Hall in Downtown Deland! We specialize in Weddings, Private Parties, Business Meetings and many more options including offsite events! We also feature our own catering company for on and offsite catering as well as our own wedding and event coordinators and staff.

We HIGHLY recommend Venue 142. The venue itself is super cute, plus it is located right in downtown DeLand, so it's super convenient for weddings guests offering access to hotels and restaurants/bars within walking distance! It is a family owned business and the owners are incredible to work with. They go above and beyond for their clients. Also, their in house catering is top notch! Your guests won't feel like they are getting traditional wedding food, they are going to feel like they had a gourmet meal at a high-end restaurant b/c their catering team is amazing!
