Welcome to The Beiger Mansion, Mishawaka's premiere event facility and bed and breakfast. The mansion, which is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was originally built as the palatial home of Martin and Susie Beiger, the founders of Ball Band. Though Martin never had the privilege of living in the home, Susie did and enjoyed nearly 20 years of lavish living and entertaining. Today we carry on this tradition of entertaining as the opulence of the home provides the perfect setting for any event. From a business lunch to an elegant wedding and reception, the uniqueness of The Beiger Mansion provides an experience that can only be had here.

The star venue of the St. Joe Farm destination is the stunning Event Barn. Dine and dance under the chandeliers and twinkling lights in air-conditioned comfort. Finish the night on the large decks or under a starlit sky and cherish a lifetime of beautiful memories. The St. Joe Farm has the capacity for up to 325 guests in the Event Barn, however there are multiple spaces available.

Chicory Event Center is a new renovated event space in downtown Mishawaka. It features a main banquet room with seating up to 250, a private dining room with seating up to 25, and a Chicory Cafe with an beautiful outside patio. The main banquet room features a beautiful bar with barn doors, coffee bar, dance floor, and a chandelier. This room is perfect for your wedding reception, class reunion, birthday party, sweet sixteen party, retirement party, business conference, or networking event. Tables, chairs, table linen, chinaware, table center pieces, set up, and clean up are all included in room rental. Our private dining room features numerous table layouts, 70 inch television, A/V equipment, and available table service. The Hall at Saint Peter's is a charming church and banquet hall wedding venue located in South Bend, IN. This versatile establishment offers elegant event spaces and superior services for those seeking to wed in style and comfort. The site’s sanctuary is the ideal setting for a traditional wedding ceremony. Featuring wooden pews, a large altar, intimate lighting, and a large ceiling. The Hall is an open event space that makes for memorable receptions. Similar to the sanctuary, the hall features high-ceilings and a staging area for the head table to sit and movies unforgettable speeches. Your guests can enjoy the warm summer nights or the cool crisp air of Spring and Fall under perfectly set bistro lights within the Biergarten located directly outside the main doors.
