In the event a cancellation is necessary, 50% of the deposit if refundable if the event is canceled in writing more than 6 months prior to event date, any services rendered will be deducted from the refund. Deposit is non-refundable if event cancels less than 6 months before the event date.

The Crystal Ballroom requires the room rental to be paid upon confirmed execution of the contract. A date is not considered booked until receipt of the room rental and signed contract.

What's the payment plan for the entire bill?

50% of the estimated event charges is due 90 days prior to your event, another 25% deposit is due 30 days prior to your event. The remaining balance will be due seven (7) business days prior to your event.

We accept personal checks up to 30 days prior to event, certified checks, cashiers check, money orders, credit and debit.

Yes, we have a beautiful outdoor ceremony space with the Round Barn as a rain backup, dependent on number of guests.

Yes, we have a bridal suite and grooms suite in separate buildings.

Yes, we offer tastings if you are booked with Navarre Catering and Events in January-April. It is complimentary if you are booked. If you wish to have a tasting prior to securing St. Joe Farm, tastings start at $250 per person. If you book after your tasting, the cost will be credited to go toward your booking deposit.

Are tables, linens, chairs, plates, silverware, and glassware provided, or will I have to rent them myself or get them through my caterer?

We do offer complimentary tables and chairs. There is a rentals for for all other rental items through the caterer or a rental company.

Yes, you can bring in a specialty cake from an outside licensed baker.
