Juniper Gardens has two venues on 1 property that are rented separately. Both venues embrace nature with hiking trails and bonfire pits, and mid-century modern style throughout. Our original outdoor venue (Juniper Gardens - Fieldstone) features a covered pavilion, jaw-dropping stone fireplace ceremony site, and treehouse. In Fall 2024, our new indoor/outdoor venue (Juniper Gardens - Hillside) opens. The new space offers a courtyard garden ceremony site, indoor reception space, bar, and prep kitchen.

Nestled among 72 acres of open fields and lush tree lines, White Iron Ridge offers a tranquil getaway to host your memorable moments for grand and intimate weddings, corporate events, or social gatherings. On the exterior, our gambrel barn design mixes elegant lines with urban iron features and transitions to an interior of expansive windows, soaring arched ceilings, and handcrafted iron chandeliers. White Iron Ridge is located on the edge of Smithville, MO, a charming lake town which is easily accessible from downtown Kansas City and KCI airport. Overnight stays in our onsite guest suites or the stunning honeymoon tower offer panoramic views of the property and allow you and a number of your guests to retreat to cozy accommodations post celebration.

The charming property is owned and managed by the grandmother-and-granddaughter team, Connie and Raelee Wright. Together, the pair has spent five years bringing their vision to life. They're delighted to be able to share this special space with to-be-weds starting new chapters together. Warren Place Venue offers an inviting atmosphere where couples can blissfully celebrate their milestone moments with loved ones. Located inside Leawood's beautiful Ironwoods Park, the Lodge has vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams, metal chandeliers, a full commercial kitchen, and an attached patio overlooking the woods. Our open vendor policy allows for the renter to customize the decor, menu, and entertainment as they see best fit. Beautiful attached patio for outdoor ceremony opportunity seating up to 200. The Lodge accommodates up to 300 for dinner or 500 for cocktail party.
