Grab a sandwich at the Katama General Store before heading over for the afternoon State Beach (Edgartown/Oak Bluffs): On the Nantucket Sound, State Beach is calmer and great for swimming. Parking available along the beach, or you can take the bus (route #13) Fuller Street Beach (Edgartown): Walkable from downtown Edgartown, Fuller Street beach is the calmest option, with very shallow water. Walk all the way down to the end to see the Edgartown Lighthouse

Sheriff's Meadow (Edgartown): A leisurely stroll with views of Edgartown's outer harbor (https://sheriffsmeadow.org/property/sheriffs-meadow-sanctuary/) Menemsha Hills (Chilmark): Zoe's favorite hike, with majestic ocean views. Recommended to arrive early, as the parking lot can fill up (https://thetrustees.org/place/menemsha-hills/) Cedar Tree Neck (West Tisbury): Involves driving on a narrow dirt road, but 100% worth it, this is Sam's favorite hike (https://sheriffsmeadow.org/property/cedar-tree-neck-sanctuary/) Wakosim's Rock (West Tisbury): Lovely walk that doubles as an MV history lesson (https://www.mvlandbank.com/properties/waskosims-rock-reservation) Middle Road (Chilmark): If you'd prefer a scenic drive, this is for you! During Covid, we drove down this road countless times, even making friends with the beautiful cattle at Brookside Farm. You can also stop for a walk at Middle Road Sanctuary (https://sheriffsmeadow.org/property/middle-road-sanctuary/)
