Flight and hotel options for our out-of-town guests

Flight

Airports

Chicago has two primary airports - O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and Midway International Airport (MDW). You can fly into either airport, but we suggest thinking about how you plan to get to the venue/hotel. If you are staying in Evanston and will be driving or taking a taxi from the airport, O'Hare is the slightly faster option (~35 minute drive, depending on traffic). If you'll be taking public transportation, you can take the 250 Pace bus from O'Hare to Evanston (~70 minutes) or subway trains from Midway (~90 minutes). The bus is simpler, but has a limited schedule compared to the trains. If you are staying closer to downtown Chicago, driving and public transit times will vary depending on where exactly you're staying. Find this all confusing? Message Kumar or Zoe and we can help plan your transit!

Staying in Chicago

Our venue is very accessible from the CTA Purple line, which means you can stay in the city if you'd like to spend the weekend exploring! We would suggest anywhere near a CTA Red line stop - we're happy to help you brainstorm fun, accessible neighborhoods to try!
