Are you registered?

Answer

Although we appreciate you wanting to gift us something, your presence is enough of a present! If you still want to give a gift, please consider contributing to our honeymoon fund. You can contribute directly to us through our website or by cash/check the day of the wedding. We would prefer no material/physical gifts - we have everything we could need already! :)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy-casual! Where you feel comfortable in- it is going to be HOT! We request that you do not wear a white dress. Button down short sleeves, dressy shorts, flip-flops, sundresses, etc. are okay!

What food are you serving at the reception?

Answer

We have hand selected a menu for our guests. You will choose your entrée and sides at the reception, not ahead of time. Each person will have a choice of: - House or Caesar salad to start - One of the following entrées: 9oz Filet, Salmon, Parmigiana Crusted Halibut, Basil Cream Shrimp Pasta, or Chicken with Goat Cheese. - Choice from the following sides: Broccoli, Creamed Spinach, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, French Fries, or Loaded Potato - Chocolate Mousse & Cake If you have any specific dietary preferences or food allergies, let us know as soon as possible so we can alert out catering team.

Is there parking for the ceremony or dinner?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available for both the ceremony and dinner. We have already covered the parking fee for all of our guests at Koreshan State Historic Site (ceremony). Please alert the rangers at the pay station that you are parking for the Ziegler-Hedgepeth wedding and they will direct you where to go. Parking at Connor’s Steakhouse (reception) is free, although, we recommend parking at the hotels and requesting a shuttle to the reception ahead of time if you are going to be drinking. The hotels are directly across the street from our reception venue. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR SHUTTLE ON YOUR OWN, WE CANNOT BOOK IT FOR YOU!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Although no transportation will provided to or from the ceremony (Koreshan State Historic Site), Jewels and Anthony would be happy to assist you in ordering a car service or renting a car for the duration of your trip. The hotels that we reserved a block for have transportation to and from our reception venue (Connor’s Steak and Seafood) but you will need to reserve a ride through the hotel shuttle service via phone.

How big is your wedding? Who is invited?

Answer

Our wedding is considered a micro-wedding. We have only invited immediate family and close friends. The total number of guest invited is 36.

Are you having a reception?

Answer

Yes. Our ceremony will have dinner, cocktails, and speeches to follow. Although we are having a reception, we have opted out of a dance floor and dj. Don’t worry, there will still be cake, speeches, and lots of photo opportunities!

Can I bring a date?

If you were given a date, it will be listed as a plus one (+1) on your invitation. Kindly be sure to RSVP for yourself and your date.

Can I make a special dining request?

Answer

Yes. If you have a food allergy or dietary preference, please let Jewels and Ant know as soon as possible so we can alert our catering team.
