Are wedding guests required to be vaccinated?

Answer

The health and safety of our wedding guests is our top priority. Vaccines protect everyone. We are therefore requiring that people attending must be fully vaccinated, including booster if eligible, by March 26th, 2022 (our RSVP deadline). We thank you very much for taking this extra step to celebrate our wedding safely!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire (suits and ties for men, short or long dresses for women). We recommend checking the weather a week or two in advance to ensure our guests feel comfortable. The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

In order to allow guests (including parents) an evening of celebration, we politely request that no children attend the event. We hope this advance notice allows you to be part of our special day and enjoy the evening off!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes the name of a guest, we look forward to seeing you both on our special day. Please let us know if you are both able to make it through the RSVP page on this website.

Is there parking/transportation for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our venue has parking for up to 26 cars, and there is street parking available as well. Because our guests are staying in a variety of locations, we will not have shuttles to and from the venue. Uber and Lyft are very reliable options in Chicago, including late at night after the reception.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place? Will we need to move between locations?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be at Walden, and the after party will take place at Midwest Coast Brewing Company next door. No transportation needed between events!
