Yes, we met at work... It's true what they say, love will find you when you're making sales calls. That's a saying right? Well whatever, this is our story and we're sticking to it! Michaela, the born and raised California girl who would gladly fight anyone who would dare argue there was anywhere better to live on earth than the Bay Area, moved to Chicago. And one month before lift off, she came to town for a work conference and met Zach. There was a spark... okay a LOT of sparks! When Michaela finally made the move to Chicago, she and Zach went out for drinks and karaoke with friends just a couple days later. Ask Zach to use two microphones to rap The Real Slim Shady by Eminem, it has a 100% success rate on the ladies!! Alright it worked on one lady. But here we are getting married, so we'll call it fool proof! That summer Zach decided to become the ultimate Chicago tour guide. Comedy show? Check. Lakefront drinks? Check. Exploring restaurants around the city? DOUBLE CHECK. Ripping a pair of pants down the middle dancing at a Backstreet Boys concert? Check - and we'll let you guess who this happened to. We have a lot of wonderful memories from those early days 4 years ago, but one thing stands out as the strongest memory of all. The feeling of total and absolute joy and excitement that we both had found our person. And the rest is history!
