Guests can arrive at the venue any time between 1:00pm and 2:00pm. If you are driving, see below for parking information: Parking Lot Address: City of Lakes Waldorf School, 2344 Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55404 Parking Time: 1:30pm-event end Parking Entrance location: Nicollet Ave. Notes: Upon arrival, drive to the far west side of the lot to park near the playground and follow the sidewalk behind the retaining wall to find the walking gate located on Blaisdell Ave. Use the crosswalk to cross the street and there you will find The Blaisdell on the corner of 24th street and Blaisdell Ave. Nothing official is planned for this time aside from mingling, conversation, and getting seated. The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will be in the same location.

We are thrilled to invite you to share in a Quaker Wedding ceremony. Rooted in simplicity and spirituality, this ceremony reflects the depth of our commitment. Rather than a traditional officiant, we will exchange vows surrounded by cherished friends and family. Reflective silence will follow, punctuated by moments of spoken ministry, where you are encouraged to share words of wisdom, blessings, or encouragement. A marriage committee member will close the meeting, followed by a special moment – you will have the opportunity to sign our marriage certificate, witnessing our union and emphasizing our connection. We will forever cherish this document. To help include guests who prefer privacy, our videographer specializes in creating safe spaces for our guests to share. After the ceremony, there will be a dedicated place where you can record words or stories. This video will be kept private, shared only with us.
