A group of us have rented an Airbnb for the weekend. For those not wanting to travel early Friday morning and that are able to come Thursday, we'll have some food and drinks to hang out, play some pool, and unwind before an amazing weekend!

Makenzie's Banner Elk Exploration
8:30 am - 3:45 pm
We'll be exploring Banner Elk and surrounding areas, so dress comfortably.
For those not golfing with Ethan, come explore Banner Elk with Makenzie. We'll be hiking Grandfather Mountain at approx. 9am. Afterwards lunch at Grandfather Winery at around 12pm. Then off for a quick ride (or 3 🤪) down the The Alpine Coaster. After that, Makenzie and the bridal party will go get ready for their rehearsal and rehearsal dinner from 3:30-approx 8pm. Non-bridal party, your dinner and plans are at your discretion while the bridal party is doing their thing! :) then we'll all meet up for drinks in our Western Chic attire for Brews Before I dos
Ethan's Last Swing before the Ring

Ethan is planning a golf outing for anyone interested. Tee times are between 9:30-10am, so please arrange travel plans accordingly. If you have not communicated about a tee time/ RSVP'd with Ethan, please do so ASAP!
Brews before the "I dos" in Boone

Country? City? Why not both? Western Chic attire. Boots, Hats, and Bolo Ties. Satin, lace, and prints.
After the bridal party rehearsal and dinner, join us in your attire for some beers! Non bridal party people: Dinner plans are at your discretion.

Wedding

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and suits; formal, midi to long dresses/jumpsuits. Can be festive for summer with bright colors; however, please refrain from white dresses with floral overlays. Fully colored florals are welcome. Keep in mind, weather on the mountain will be cooler. Light coats are recommended. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be OUTSIDE/ON GRASS. Reception to follow indoors.
We truly love all your kiddos, but due to limitations, we are choosing to only invite immediate family or those in the Wedding Party. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off! Banner Elk does not allow Uber/Lyft, so we ask that you plan your transportation to and from the wedding venue and DD accordingly with the scheduled events following the wedding. At approximately 9pm, we will have our first send off to allow anyone not wanting to join us for the Adults- Only After Party to leave.

Continue the celebration at Ethan and Makenzie's house rental! Unfortunately, after much deliberation, we will not be providing transportation for the wedding; to or from the wedding venue, nor from the After- AFTER party. We ask that you plan accordingly and responsibly given the winding, mountain roads. We're sorry the inconvenience! ***Keep in mind, there are no Ubers and Lyfts allowed in Banner Elk!!***
