The closest airports to the venue are San Jose (SJC) (39 miles) and San Francisco (SFO) (36 miles). You may be able to get an Uber/Lyft from the airport to the venue, however that might not be a reliable option to get from the venue area back to the airport when you leave. You can also rent a car. We encourage folks to enter their carpooling needs and offers in this shared spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1G_e7N4LWe9ZGKYLIUpdvOuRAcMY-bDh2asJACTTpapU/edit?usp=sharing

There are 105 cabin beds and they are available on a first-request-first-serve basis at the time of RSVP. Cabins are FREE of charge, for the nights of Nov. 1st and 2nd. There is also plenty of space for tent camping if you would prefer to bring your own tent. Address: OVY Camp, 5360 La Honda Road, San Gregorio, CA, 94074 *Details to consider for your comfort/convenience:* - Photos: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hafNHHwLbKXUOha01yf9PorL_TzlLncg/view?usp=sharing - There are 12 cabins with 9 twin beds in each (4 bunk beds & 1 single). This will require sharing a cabin with others, but we will do our best to fill cabins with people who know each other. The cabins are bare bones. - Bedding: You will need to bring your own blankets/sleeping bag/pillow. In limited cases, we will be able to transport bedding items from SoCal to the camp for people flying in. - Electricity: Each cabin has a pull string light in the center. No outlets in Cabins. There will be other locations at the camp with outlets for charging devices. - Cabin Bathroom Complex: This includes 8 flushing toilets, 2 hand-washing sinks, and one 15-amp outlet (2 plugs). - Shower Complex: The pool locker room showers will be accessible 24/7. They are shared group showers, so you will need to bring a bathing suit and shower shoes/sandals to use them. There are 4 private shower stalls near Scheid Hall with limited hours. The lodge has 3 private shower stalls, but will not be as readily accessible as the others. - Food: All meals will be provided for cabin guests, but a $15/pp donation is appreciated (see Registry). Feel free to bring snacks/food to prepare for yourself and kids, which can be stored in the commercial kitchen. Just know that the kitchen will be off limits when occupied by the caterers on Saturday. OVY Camp does not have a liquor license so please do not bring any spirits. Beer and wine are welcome for campers to bring for the weekend, and we'll be providing both on Friday and Saturday evening.
