When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than Sept 1. If you know earlier that you're not able join us, please let us know as soon as possible.

Are kids welcome?

While we love all your little ones, this will be an adult-only event!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

YES. There is ample parking at Pole Creek Ranch. While we will offer a shuttle to and from the venue for the reception, we recommend driving to our welcome party and the Saturday morning 5K. We've put together a spreadsheet to help facilitate carpooling - you can find that on our travel page.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There is a shuttle running from the Best Western in Sisters (which is also right across the street from the Grand Stay) to our venue. Shuttle pick up from Best Western parking lot: 3:10 PM and 3:30 PM Shuttle drop off to Best Western from Pole Creek: 9:00 PM, 10:00 PM, and 11:20 PM
