5:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Wear your favorite ranch attire! Jeans, boots, and flannels are welcome. Ridiculous hats are encouraged. Bring and wear LOTS of layers - it WILL get chilly!
Be ready for corn hole, beer pong, and flip cup. We're outside in the high desert where it gets quite chilly as the night goes on - so bring more warm layers than you think you'll need. Come hungry and thirsty -- we'll have tacos, margaritas, and beer galore! There will be signage directing you - but just in case you're turned around, you want to enter Pole Creek, go around the barn and continue straight for about a half mile. After you pass the open fields, you'll enter a clearing and see a wooden structure on your left. Park anywhere around there and come on in!
8:00 am - 9:45 am
We're in the high desert! So bring warm layers :)
Saturday is the annular solar eclipse - and Bend is a prime spot for viewing (insert your own hilarious joke about the symbolism of Sam or Andrew eclipsing the other)! So we'd like to invite you to join us for a fun run or walk on Pole Creek on Saturday morning - followed by coffee, pastries, and a prime view spot for the eclipse (peaking at 9:20 AM). Follow signage at Pole Creek for parking and the meeting spot (there is a house on the right hand side about a quarter mile past the barn - this is where you'll park!). The run will start promptly at 8:15 AM and there is also a 1 mile walk option!
4:00 pm - 10:30 pm
This event is semi-formal and we'll be on grass - so perhaps rethink those stilettos!
It will get chilly as the night goes on, so feel free to bring layers (denim and leather jackets are encouraged). Shuttles to Pole Creek will run from the Best Western parking lot at 3:10 and 3:30 PM.
10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Not leaving til late on Sunday? Join us in the ranch house at Pole Creek to watch football and grill. Come whenever, leave whenever. We'll be sticking around until 3 PM.
11:30 am - 11:45 am
This offer is for an opportunity you can’t refuse. Be in your seats at 11:30am at halftime of the Lions game. A brief yet unforgettable live theatrical performance, hosted by father of the bride, Steve Winter.
