Coffeeshop and bakery with amazing pastries. Wait until the last hour and get the amazing pastries for an amazing 50% off. Amazing.

Common Bond Bistro & Bakery

Our favorite lunch date spot. Huge pasta portions for a reasonable price. We usually order and split the Bucatini all' Amatriciana and Creste di Gallo. We also add a glass of milk because we're weak and the Bucatini is so spicy but oh-so-good.

Paulie's

We often follow up our visits to Paulie's with a trip to milk + sugar, our favorite ice cream parlor. Get our fave combo: Happy Wife + Thai Tea ice cream

Amazing dumplings for pennies on the dollar. Make sure to grab a frozen bag to take home (only if you're in Houston). Will not go well if brought onto a plane - Winifred would know.
