Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please rsvp with the amount of people attending so we can plan accordingly for all guests . This must be done by bride and groom, so please let us know if we need to add additions for your RSVP, prior to cut off date (April 6, 2023).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue , which will include the ceremony and reception . Directions upon arrival will be displayed to the ceremony site. If you’re staying at a hotel across the main road, it is only a 3 min Uber ride . If assistance is needed to be taken to the ceremony site for seating, golf cart is available . Please let us know .

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy please let us know so we can accommodate and make our vendors aware . Please do so before the RSVP cut off of April 6th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive in plenty of time to park, grab a cocktail, and be seated- before the bride walks- which is promptly at 5:00 PM (CST) . Suggested 30 min prior

What is the attire for guests ?

Answer

Evening wedding : formal/Cocktail, evening wedding attire. Rule of thumb: don’t wear white 😬

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

From the hotels across from the venue , it is a 3 min Uber ride.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you do not want to use the hotel block , there are several off of Conference Drive to choose from.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP sooner than later (by April 6) as we need to account for the number of guests attending to provide ample food/drink/seating, etc! Cut off is April 6
